MODULE PURPOSE
Revelation 21–22 reveals the goal of all redemption.
God’s plan was never escape from the earth —
it was restoration of relationship, rule, and harmony.
This module teaches that:
- creation is renewed, not discarded
- the Kingdom is eternal
- God’s presence is permanent
- history ends in communion, not catastrophe

A New Heaven and a New Earth

John sees a new heaven and a new earth.
This does not mean God abandons creation.
The word new means renewed — restored in quality, not replaced in existence.
Creation is healed from corruption.
God does not discard what He created — He redeems it.

God Dwelling With Man

The greatest announcement in Revelation is not judgment.
It is presence.
“Behold, the dwelling of God is with men.”
This fulfills Eden’s original purpose.
God always intended to live with His creation.
The Kingdom is relational before it is governmental.

No More Death, Pain, or Separation

This is not symbolic comfort — it is total restoration.
The effects of sin are completely undone.

God does not manage suffering — He ends it.

The New Jerusalem: God’s Dwelling Place

God’s rule fills creation.
There is no temple because God Himself dwells there.
