🔹 LESSON 10.1
What Babylon Represents
Key Scripture
Revelation 17:1–6
TEACHING SCRIPT
Babylon is not merely a location.
Babylon is a system.
Throughout Scripture, Babylon represents human civilization organized:
- without God
- against God
- in pride and self-exaltation
It began in Genesis at the Tower of Babel and continues wherever humanity seeks unity without submission.
Babylon is the spirit of independence institutionalized.
KEY TRUTH
Babylon is humanity governing without God.
STUDENT REFLECTION
- Why does Babylon reappear throughout Scripture?
- How does pride fuel corruption?
🔹 LESSON 10.2
The Woman Riding the Beast
Key Scripture
Revelation 17:3–5
TEACHING SCRIPT
The woman rides the beast — she does not rule it.
This shows Babylon’s dependence on political power.
Corruption always needs authority to survive.
She seduces, manipulates, and influences.
But she has no true power of her own.
KEY TRUTH
Corruption survives by attaching itself to power.
STUDENT REFLECTION
- Why does Babylon ride the beast?
- What does this reveal about false power?
🔹 LESSON 10.3
Drunk With the Blood of the Saints
Key Scripture
Revelation 17:6
TEACHING SCRIPT
Babylon prospers at the expense of righteousness.
Truth threatens corruption.
Therefore Babylon persecutes God’s people.
This reveals her moral bankruptcy.
KEY TRUTH
Systems that reject truth eventually persecute it.
STUDENT REFLECTION
- Why does truth provoke opposition?
- How should believers respond?
🔹 LESSON 10.4
The Collapse From Within
Key Scripture
Revelation 17:16–17
TEACHING SCRIPT
Babylon is destroyed not by revival, but by internal collapse.
The same powers that supported her turn against her.
God judges corrupt systems by allowing them to consume themselves.
KEY TRUTH
Evil destroys itself when God removes restraint.
STUDENT REFLECTION
- Why does corruption collapse internally?
- How does this display God’s wisdom?
🔹 LESSON 10.5
“Come Out of Her, My People”
Key Scripture
Revelation 18:4
TEACHING SCRIPT
Before Babylon falls, God issues a command:
“Come out of her, My people.”
God always separates His people before judgment.
This call is not physical isolation — it is spiritual alignment.
Believers must not participate in Babylon’s values.
KEY TRUTH
Separation protects alignment.
STUDENT REFLECTION
- What does spiritual separation look like today?
- Why does God warn before collapse?
🔹 LESSON 10.6
Earth Mourns, Heaven Rejoices
Key Scripture
Revelation 18:9–20
TEACHING SCRIPT
Earth mourns Babylon’s fall because profit is lost.
Heaven rejoices because justice prevails.
Perspective reveals allegiance.
KEY TRUTH
What we mourn reveals what we worship.
🔹 LESSON 10.7
Babylon’s Final Removal
Key Scripture
Revelation 18:21–24
TEACHING SCRIPT
Babylon is thrown down permanently.
She is not disciplined.
She is not restored.
She is removed.
God does not renovate rebellion.
KEY TRUTH
What God never authorized, He eventually removes.
📌 MODULE 10 SUMMARY
Students now understand:
- Babylon is a system
- corruption depends on power
- evil collapses internally
- separation precedes judgment
- justice brings rejoicing
